Shipping Policy

We Provide Home Delivery option to all our customer based on their demand. There is no additional cost for Home Delivery. Home delivery option available only 10 Km Surrounding of shop. Home delivery is available only 1st day to 5th day of every month; and once per home in a month.

For example if a customer ordered items on January 25th, again he/she ordered item on 30th of same month (January), both orders will delivery on next month (February) in between 1st to 5th day (February 1st to February 5th). If he/she place 3rd order, after the completion of home delivery, the order will delivery upcoming month only (March 1st to March 5th).

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay, American Express, credit/debit cards.

What other payment options are available on familymart.online?

Apart from Credit and Debit Cards, we accept payments by Internet Banking (covering 44 banks), Cash-on-Delivery, Equated Monthly Installments (EMI), E-Gift Vouchers, PhonePe UPI and PhonePe wallet.
